We collect only the data necessary to provide the SpoolIQ service:

• Account data — your name and email address, used to create and manage your account.
• Application data — information you enter into the platform, such as suppliers, clients, filaments and production records.
• Payment data — if you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed securely via Ko-fi. SpoolIQ does not store your card details.
• Usage data — anonymous technical data such as pages visited and features used, to help us improve the platform.

• To provide and maintain the SpoolIQ service.
• To send transactional emails such as account confirmation and password reset.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To analyse usage patterns and improve the platform.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate SpoolIQ — namely Supabase (database and authentication) and Ko-fi (payments). These providers are bound by strict data protection agreements.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and all associated records will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct any inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Object to certain types of processing.

SpoolIQ uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
